Tube Laser Cutting

The highly flexible Adige Tube Laser Cutting system can cut almost any profile along the length of a tube, performing multiple features automatically in a single cycle.

It cuts any shape of slots and holes in round tubing (12mm to 152mm diameter) and square tubing (up to 120mm side). The system handles tube bundles up to 4000kg, automatically loading tubes (3200mm to 6500mm) without operator intervention, while smaller lengths can be manually loaded.

These capabilities, along with increased speeds and no tooling costs, make laser tube cutting prices more competitive than traditional processes.
